The Viloc Tag is an asset tracking tag which combines two localization technologies. By default, it uses the ultra-low power Viloc proprietary protocol to inform the user of the location of the tag. A smart detection algorithm will detect the presence of a Viloc network. Once the Tag detects that it's out of the Viloc network (short range) it will switch over to the LoraWAN functionality. In this mode, it will send LoraWAN messages (once per day) so that the LoraWAN network can do the triangulation in order to define the location of the tag.
