HBI Bisscheroux presents emergency lighting as LoRaWAN device
Sittard-Geleen, Netherlands, 9th April 2023 - HBI Bisscheroux bv, manufacturer of intelligent lighting solutions for public spaces, proudly presents the first LoRa Certified emergency lighting. This makes it possible to remotely manage emergency lighting fixtures 24/7 without the need for on-site inspection. This greatly increases safety in a building, while significantly reducing maintenance costs.
LoRaWAN emergency lighting luminaires automatically transmit the results of function and autonomy tests carried out. They keep the operator informed daily about their condition in general and that of the batteries and light source in particular. Incidents such as a mains power failure are noticed immediately. The installer can thus remotely recognise emergencies and detect faults in an electrical installation or in a luminaire.
