Dr. Xiaobo Yu

Xiaobo Yu is Standard Expert in the Alibaba Standardization Department. In his role, he is responsible for standardization work in the field of LoRaWAN. So far, he has proposed several important proposals for LoRa Alliance, for example, CN470 channel plan proposal, etc. He is also in charge of building the LPWA protocol architecture for the ICA and relevant standardization work. Prior to that, he worked at Huawei Consumer Business Group for 4 years. In Huawei, he mainly focused on the standardization work in the topic of eUICC, 3GPPSA3, and Smart home connection protocol. He is a Member of the National Information Technology Standardization Technical Committee. He has applied more than 25 patents. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree from University of Surrey.
