Description

ADDRA ultrasonic water meter is designed for household water consumption measurement. The advantage of this equipment is that it has no moving parts, which means that ADDRA water meter requires no maintenance, maintains measurement accuracy, and does not need recalibration throughout its service life.

This water meter has a low starting flow, only 1 liter per hour, and has a dynamic range Q3/Q1 of up to R1600, which is the highest in the industry thus assuring accurate readings on all measured flow rates.

ADDRA water meter is equipped with various communication interfaces. LoraWAN enables remote two-way communication for reading, configuring and managing smart metering infrastructure including connection and disconnection of valves.

WM-Bus serves as back-up communication channel to read ADDRA meters in walk-by/drive-by mode in cases when there is no LoraWAN coverage yet.

Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE 5.0):  

  • provides local access to the meter via smart-phone, laptop or table PC for utility personnel for readings, configurations or firmware change.
  • Provides local access through a special smartphone app developed for individual consumers to read their meters locally and to receive alarms in case of leakage or burst.
  • Provides connectivity to ADDRA shut-off valve in order to enable limitation of water consumption for various reasons (non-payment, overuse)

Our water meter supports credit/prepaid operation modes, with prepaid  functionality based on the STS standard. For prepaid functionality, it is  necessary to separately purchase the ADDRA valve, which interacts with the  meter through a BLE interface.
