The meter transmits data with day log and/or hourly volume values with high redundancy to ensure a reliable data performance for billing and analytics. With the built-in patented ALD (Acoustic Leak Detection) technology, the leaks on the distribution pipes may be tackled by Kamstrup Leak Detector with the advanced machine-learning algorithm. With the OMS specification based meter protocol, the interoperability is further enhanced specifically for smart meter applications – in a manner of plug & play.
