Minol-ZENNER Group Invests in GP JOULE CONNECT
The service provider and digitalisation pilot for the real estate and energy industry has acquired shares in the specialist for electromobility. This step was preceded by the initial successful cooperation between Minol and GP JOULE CONNECT.
December 2019. Electric mobility for the housing industry — this is the common denominator connecting the two companies Minol and GP JOULE CONNECT. Their joint solution package Minol Drive — powered by GP JOULE CONNECT has been on the market since last March. The cooperation has been such a success that both parties now want to broaden its scope. The Minol-ZENNER Group has acquired stock in GP JOULE Connect GmbH, a business division of the GP JOULE Group. The contract for the acquisition was signed by the managing partners of the two parties, Alexander Lehmann (Minol-ZENNER) and Ove Petersen (GP JOULE), at Minol in Leinfelden-Echterdingen.
