RP002-1.0.0 LoRaWAN® Regional Parameters
RP002-1.0.0, the specification which applies the LoRaWAN® MAC Layer to the unique requirements of the various regulatory regions around the world, has been released. This version has been adapted to be able to be applied to all existing versions of the LoRaWAN® MAC Layer Specification [TS001] as well as supporting the final draft of TS001-1.0.4. It is the intention of the Regional Parameters Working Group to maintain this format of inclusive support for the various version of TS001 in future revisions of RP002. A summary table of the countries of the world and the channel plans which may be utilized in their respective ISM bands has been added, including an indication if documentation is been provided to the LoRa Alliance® that devices have received both regulatory type certification and LoRa Alliance® Compliance certification for the country in question. Important clarification and disambiguation changes have been made in AS923 and the RX1DROffset tables of various plans. Finally, the CN470-510 was extensively overhauled.
