It will discuss the ongoing challenges associated with different sharing models, with a specific focus on mobile networks and the extent to which these can be part of a part of an efficient and scalable sharing solution. Finally, the discussion will assess the need for greater regional coordination and examine lessons from global best practices that could help shape Europe’s approach to spectrum sharing in the years ahead.
