The 7×9 series comprises the Supercal 739 mechanical heat meter and the Superstatic 749 and 789 static thermal energy meters. Available with integrated LoRaWAN communication, these autonomous compact meters are designed for accurate measurement of heating and cooling energy consumption in residential, commercial, district heating, and district cooling applications.
The 7×9 series consists of one mechanical thermal energy meter (Supercal 739) and two static thermal energy meters (Superstatic 749 and Superstatic 789). These autonomous compact meters integrate a flow meter, a detachable calculator (integrator) with a wide range of communication options, and a pair of temperature sensors in a single device.
The product family is available in versions with integrated LoRaWAN communication, enabling direct wireless connectivity for remote meter reading and smart metering applications.
The meters are designed for use in home automation systems, residential and commercial buildings, as well as local and district heating and cooling networks. They accurately measure heating energy, cooling energy, or combined heating and cooling consumption for individual billing and energy management purposes.
The static Superstatic 749 and Superstatic 789 models utilize Sontex’s fluidic oscillation measurement principle, allowing operation with more than 100 different glycol mixtures while maintaining high measurement stability and long-term reliability.
The devices feature integrated data logging capabilities, storing historical metrological and consumption values in internal memory. These records can be retrieved at any time locally or remotely via the available communication interfaces, including LoRaWAN-enabled versions.
