Andy Gan is a leading expert in IoT and wireless communication technologies. He holds degrees from Zhejiang University and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, with a strong background in integrated circuit design.

As former Director of Market Strategy and Applications Engineering at Semtech, he played a key role in driving LoRa® technology adoption and ecosystem development in China.

Andy is the author of three influential books on LoRa and UHF RFID technologies and holds over 20 invention patents. He serves on China’s national IoT standardization committee and holds expert roles in major industry associations, including Vice Chairman of the China RFID Industry Alliance.
