Getting Value for Customers from the Internet of Things

Join Connexin’s Chief Sales Officer, Rob Bullock, alongside Adam Smith, Asset Strategy Manager at Yorkshire Water as they discuss some of the outcomes of the UK’s largest Smart Water Network project taking place in Sheffield as part of the Institute of Water’s upcoming “Getting Value for Customers from the Internet of Things” webinar.

Rob and Adam will be talking about the connectivity and data management challenges of installing and maximising the battery life of over 1000 LoRA connected customer meters collecting 15 minute data over a variety of urban and rural environments.

Chaired by Sam Bright, Innovation Programme Manager at Yorkshire Water, the webinar will also feature Tom Ogden, Innovation Technical Specialist at Yorkshire Water and Adam Smith, Managing Director at Intrepid Minds Ltd who will talk through their work in developing a new LoRa connected device designed to monitor the risk of internal sewer flooding at a property level and allow early intervention and resolution.

There will be an opportunity for Q&A with the speakers at the end of the presentations.

This webinar is FREE and open to both Members & Non-Members of the Institute of Water.
