The Union of Municipalities of Turkey (UMT) is launching the first international congress and exhibition of Turkey on “Smart Cities and Municipalities” on 15-16 January 2020, in Ankara. The event which will be held under the auspices of the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey aims at bringing together representatives from central and local administrations together with other stakeholders such as NGOs, academia and IT companies to discuss the current trends, challenges, and solutions in smart cities area. 

Alper Yegin, LoRa Alliance Technical Committee Chair, will be speaking at this event.
