PowerPilot M31, complete energy monitoring for three-phase
The M31 PowerPilot is a high-precision monitoring device designed for deep visibility across low-voltage networks. It delivers three-phase circuit monitoring for transformers, overhead LV lines, and interruptible loads—providing near-real-time parametric data across the entire LV estate. The device supports both routine and on-demand reporting of average and instantaneous values, with programmable thresholds that trigger immediate event notifications, enabling fast response to emerging issues.
Safety and reliability are core to the M31. It includes HV ConductorDown detection for rapid identification of fallen high-voltage lines, onboard Loop Impedance monitoring without additional hardware, and Last Gasp alerts powered by stored energy to report loss-of-power events. Communication is delivered over cost-effective LoRaWAN with optional WiFi for higher-bandwidth data transfers and firmware updates. The M31 is supplied in an IP67 enclosure with standard plugs or flying leads, and can be customised with CTs, voltage taps, binary inputs, and relay outputs for broader control and integration across the network.
