With the EU taxonomy and the Green Deal, legislators are paving the way for a new understanding of sustainable energy consumption. Enlit Europe 2023 is taking place in Paris from 28 to 30 November, and Zenner International GmbH & Co. KG will be presenting their digital measuring technology for water and gas, as well as smart building solutions with the Internet of Things (IoT).

Additionally, CEN standardized the M-Bus adaptation layer for LPWAN especially M-Bus over LoRaWAN and IEC standardized the DLMS profile for LPWAN, in particular LoRaWAN. These developments validate the standard as a leading technology choice for smart metering for electricity, water, heat and gas.”

As part of her keynote, she will host a panel with the City of Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and its partners TEKTELIC, eleven-x and OrbiWise from the LoRaWAN ecosystem to learn how Calgary became a world-class smart city using LoRaWAN.
